The Music Department of Garden Sanctuary Church of God,
under the direction of our Minister of Music,
offers many areas of opportunity for those who wish to honor
the Lord with their artistic talents and energies.



Our largest area of musical ministry is the Adult Sanctuary Choir.
This choir is a non-audition group of individuals desiring to lift
up the Lord through song.  Believing that music can usher people
into the presence of the Lord, we strive to make every song we
sing a message of hope for believers and unbelievers alike.
There are approximately 30 members currently enrolled in the
choir.  Rehearsals are immediately following the Wednesday
evening service from 8 to 9 PM.

Our second area of musical ministry is the church
Instrumental Ensemble, and we have approximately ten
instrumentalists who minister on a regular basis.  We hope to
build this ensemble to accommodate those who have a desire to
 use their musical talents in church ministry.  Rehearsals for this
ensemble take place in conjunction with the Praise Team
rehearsals.

Our third area of music ministry is the Praise Team.  This team
consists of seven vocalists who lead the praise and worship phase
of all Sunday worship services.  The Praise Team rehearses every
Sunday morning from 8:45 to 9:00 AM.

Our music and fine arts department presents at least two major
productions per year for the Easter and Christmas seasons.
We also try to meet a minimum of once a month for a time of
Christian fellowship and spiritual sharing.
