Garden Sanctuary Together We Build

To cover the cost of our just-completed building program, our
congregation undertook a three-year Capital Stewardship
funding campaign. As shown by the logo above, the theme of the
campaign was "Together We Build". The campaign began in 2004
and continued until 2007. As a basis and inspiration for this
undertaking, we chose the following scripture passage:

"... And they said , Let us rise up and build.
So they strengthened their hands for this good work."
Nehemiah 2:18b

As we progressed through this campaign, it was our desire that
it serve a far greater purpose than simply providing funds to
finance our building plans. Our hope was that it would be a life-
changing process for our entire congregation, teaching us what
it really means to be good stewards of all we are and all we have.
It is our prayer that now that the campaign is
over we are committed to a lifestyle of sacrificial giving and
service which will impact our local church and community
as well as God's Kingdom on this earth and for eternity.
